ORDERS AND DELIVERIES / SHIPPING
Please have a read on our shipping and shop delivery policy. We encourage you to place your orders online, however, if you have any queries don’t hesitate on calling us at 020 3652 2476 or via email sales@jskcuttingtools.com.
Once an order has been placed, items that are in stock will automatically be allocated to that order and will be delivered within 2 working days for UK mainland orders and 10 working days for International orders unless in rare circumstances, situation/s not within our control.
Next Day Delivery for all orders placed before 12:00pm - UK mainland orders only.
BACKORDERS
Orders placed for items that are out of stock will be kept on record on your trade account, and the items will then be delivered to you on your next order. “Back Order” items will be allocated once stock arrives. Certain products are made to order therefore please keep us informed if backorders are no longer required.
Occasionally, allocated stock items are not available and JSK cannot be held responsible for a loss of sale if “In Stock” items are no longer available.

£5.00 on Order Value up to £100.00
£7.50 on Order Value over £100.00 up to £200.00
Free Delivery on orders over £200.00
International
£50.00 on Order Value up to £250.00
£85.00 on Order Value over £250.00 up to £500.00
£110.00 on Order Value over £500.00 up to £750.00
£150.00 on Order Value over £750.00 up to £1000.00
Free Delivery on orders over £1000.00

It is a must that the products are checked and the delivery address showing is correct. “In Stock” items have to reach a minimum order value for free delivery. Delivery may be made either by courier, pallet or our VOR.
If the order is below the minimum, the Buyer is obliged to pay the delivery charge which is calculated.
We aim to make deliveries as convenient as possible for our customers and give an indication of delivery day and estimated time. We operate a multi drop system due to which, it is not possible to state an exact delivery time. However, we do try and give the most accurate estimate for the delivery time.
JSK will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Customer as a result of failure to comply with such delivery times. Delivery is specified to the property door.
JSK cannot take responsibility for any damages to property fixtures or fittings caused by drivers carrying stock into the customer’s premises. If the purchaser is unable to accept the delivery on the first attempt due to agreed method of payment is not ready or any other reason, there will be a minimum refused delivery charge of £25.
